Contract Review

This service provides a professional contract review focused on identifying legal, commercial, and structural risks within a submitted agreement.

The service is advisory in nature. It does not include contract drafting, negotiation with third parties, or legal representation unless separately agreed in writing.

The review is based solely on:

• The version of the contract submitted by the client
• Applicable laws at the time of review
• A risk-assessment and clarity-driven analysis

No investigation beyond the submitted document is undertaken.

• Full payment of USD 200 is required before any review begins.
• The service is non-refundable once work has commenced.
• The review covers one (1) contract only, unless otherwise agreed.

The client shall:

• Submit the complete and final version of the contract for review
• Disclose any relevant context affecting the agreement
• Ensure the document is accurate and complete

Advice is based only on the materials provided.

Delivery timelines commence upon:

• Confirmed receipt of payment; and
• Receipt of the complete contract document.

Revisions, if any, are limited to factual corrections arising from the same document.

This service provides clarity and risk identification, not guaranteed outcomes.

Rahima Ayunan shall not be liable for:

• Decisions made after the review
• Actions taken or not taken by the client
• Third-party conduct or future contract performance

Final decisions and execution remain solely with the client.

All documents and information submitted are treated as confidential and used exclusively for purposes of delivering the contract review, subject to applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by applicable Philippine laws, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
