Nature of Product

Legal Templates are pre-drafted documents intended for general informational and practical use.

They are not bespoke legal advice, not customized for specific circumstances, and do not create an attorney–client relationship.

Section 2

"As Is, Where Is" Sale

All Legal Templates are sold on an "as is, where is" basis.

This means:

  • No warranties, express or implied
  • No guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose
  • No obligation to update, revise, or customize the templates

The buyer accepts the templates in their existing form at the time of purchase.

Section 3

No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales are final.

Once purchased, Legal Templates are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, regardless of:

  • Change of mind
  • Non-use
  • Incompatibility with the buyer's situation
  • Subsequent legal developments

Buyer Responsibility

The buyer is solely responsible for:

  • Reviewing and understanding the template
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Modifying the template to suit their specific needs, if necessary

Use of the template without further legal review is at the buyer's own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Rahima Ayunan shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss, damage, or liability arising from the use or misuse of the templates
  • Errors resulting from modification or improper application
  • Legal outcomes, disputes, or enforcement issues

The templates are provided for convenience, not assurance.

Section 6

Intellectual Property

All Legal Templates remain the intellectual property of Rahima Ayunan.

Purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for their own internal or business purposes only.

Redistribution, resale, or public sharing is prohibited.

Section 7

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by applicable Philippine laws, unless otherwise stated.

Templates provide structure.
Responsibility remains with the user.
