Advisory Call

This service provides strategic advisory guidance intended to offer clarity, perspective, and decision support.

It is not legal representation, not ongoing counsel, and not a substitute for independent professional advice where required.

Advice is based solely on:

• Information voluntarily shared by the client
• The limited time of the session
• Strategic analysis, not full investigation

No guarantees are made as to outcomes, results, or decisions taken after the call.

• Full payment of USD 200 is required in advance
• The session is non-refundable once scheduled
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in advance

Missed sessions without notice are deemed completed.

All information shared during the session is treated as confidential, subject to applicable law.

Confidentiality does not extend to information that is false, misleading, or unlawfully withheld.

The client retains full responsibility for:

• Decisions made
• Actions taken or not taken
• Consequences arising from the use of the advisory input

The session provides clarity, not control.

Rahima Ayunan shall not be liable for:

• Business, legal, financial, or personal outcomes
• Reliance beyond the advisory nature of the session
• Decisions made without further due diligence

The service is provided "as is", for strategic insight only.

All payments are non-refundable.

Once payment is made, the time slot is reserved and professional availability is committed.

This service delivers strategic clarity, not guaranteed results.

A one-time reschedule may be allowed if:

• The request is made at least 24 hours in advance, and
• Availability permits

Failure to attend without prior notice is considered service rendered.

The advisory call is a time-based professional service.

Once scheduled, the time cannot be reallocated.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable Philippine laws, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
